01. Team Composition
Each team must have 3 to 4 members. All members must be currently enrolled undergraduate students. One team leader must be designated and will be the primary point of contact.
02. Eligibility
Open to all undergraduate students from any university. Inter-university teams are allowed. All members must be 18 years or older.
03. Originality & Plagiarism
All submissions must be original work. Plagiarism, AI-fabricated data, or copied case solutions will result in immediate disqualification. Sources must be cited.
04. Submission Deadlines
All deadlines are STRICT. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstance. Time zones are in Bangladesh Standard Time (GMT+6).
05. Judging & Decision
The decision of the judges is final and binding. No appeals will be entertained. Judging criteria includes innovation, feasibility, social impact, and presentation.
06. Code of Conduct
All participants must conduct themselves professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to disqualification.
